New digital turn for internal communications

It's no secret that in 2020, more than ever before, companies are turning to digital to address their employees. And Nalys is no exception to the rule.

After months of home working, we decided to launch a new internal communication format: the Nalys radio show. A simple and informal format on Teams, where all Nalysians are invited, regardless of their division or location.

For us it has been a whole new way of sharing news. We announce new nalysians, new projects, explain new processes and why they were created. Every month engineers come and present their experience, their project, lowering the barriers between divisions that had almost no opportunities to meet otherwise.

With more than 6 months of existence, it has become a new form of communication that we would not have launched without the COVID effect.

Nevertheless, we truly hope that physical events will resume their place in our lives, but when that happens, the radio show will remain!
